Yes, you feel it, the definate shift in the weather.  The sun is shinning, there is a small skip in your step and we are all feeling happy and joyful, its go time, in a mothers terms, it means school is coming to an end there is a beach and a towel coming my way!   SUMMER BRINGS, BBQ, Boating, friends and fun to name just a few.    Most of you are well on your way, you are in the gym and following our nutritional plan and are getting great results.  

 

Workout #1

Warm Up 10 Min  

4 Sets

Cardio to follow workout for 30 minutes

 

Shoulder Rotations   20 

Arnold Press             20

Front Raise              10

Rear Delt                 10

 

Bear Crawl               2x

Tri kickback              20x

Sit Up                       20x

Straight Pulldown    15x

Chest Press             10x
