The sun is shinning, there is a small skip in your step and we are all feeling happy and joyful, its go time, in a mothers terms, it means school is coming to an end there is a beach and a towel coming my way! SUMMER BRINGS, BBQ, Boating, friends and fun to name just a few. Most of you are well on your way, you are in the gym and following our nutritional plan and are getting great results.

Rear Delt 10

Bear Crawl 2x
