We have every client start with a personal fitness assessment to evaluate their current situation, this will include their current fitness regime, schedule and nutritional plan to determine the scope of work required to ensure their success.
We will include a series of measurements and body fat assesments to get a base line of your current position. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete, these tests can help you set specific, realistic and achievable goals.
Following the assessment, we will determine which of our training programs will suite you best and if any customization will be necessary.
What you should know and how to prepare:
Wear athletic shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes.
Drink plenty of fluids over the 24-hour period preceding the test to ensure normal hydration prior to the testing.
Avoid heavy meals, tobacco, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 3 hours before testing.
Avoid exercise or strenuous physical activity the day of the test.
Get an adequate amount of sleep (6-8 hours) the night before the test.
