Cara's Beach Body Training was developed to help you achieve your goals, never allowing you to plateau and constantly keeping you challenged with weights, cardio and plyometic training.
You never do the same thing twice, each week is a new adventure to keep you on track! These training sessions are for the client that wants results, that wants to create a lifestyle change they can take with them where ever they go!
Beach Body Training is a monthly requirement and must be paid for prior to the first of each month to reserve your space, all classes are first come first served. Call now to ensure you choose the class that is appropriate for your fitness level and can help you achieve your goals.
Small group training provides a more intimate and personal experience towards fitness. Each class consists of 5-10 participants and is lead by an instructor who will educate, inspire and challenge you during each workout.
We work for you and want you to experience the enjoyment of training in a supportive environment that will meet your needs.
