Our group training has taken years to develop, with periodization and goal oriented workouts to ensure our client recieve individualized attention within a small group that is almost as effective as personal one on one training.  

 

This one of a kind fitness experience with help our clients break through there self imposed limitiations to help them re-create the quality of life they deserve.  Every client is unique and will begin the process with an assessemnt to determine their history, fitness ability and past experience.  

   From there you'll be registered in either personal training sessions or small group training classes.  We are more concerned that the clients are moving forward in the right direction with intent and purpose daily to achieve their dreams and we give them the tools to get there.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROVIDES A MORE INTIMATE AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

 Our classes are lead by an elite group of coaches who will educate, inspire and challenge you during each workout.  They are fun, energetic and have tons of experience in all areas with a full arsanal of enthusiasum to help you reach your goals.  We work for you and want you to experience the enjoyment of training in a supportive environment that will meet your needs. 

Small Group Training is a monthly requirement and must be paid for prior to the first of each month to reserve your space, all classes are first come first served and they fill up fast so act now, call or book your class on line to ensure you choose the class that is appropriate for your fitness level and can help you achieve your goals.
