This triple hitter of protein, fiber, and healthy fats will keep you deliciously full for hours.

1-1/2 cups water

10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp flaxseed oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop protein powder

Sweetener to taste (optional)

1 handful ice (optional)
