Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

¼ cup mint leaf

1 green apple, diced

1 tablespoon honey

½ avocado, diced

1 ½ cups ice

Preparation

  1. Place the cucumber, mint, apple, honey, and avocado in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.

  2. Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.

Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup blueberry

1 cup baby spinach

1 banana, chopped

1 ½ cups ice
